Returns, exchanges, or cancellations
Please contact us for ALL returns and exchanges and if you have any problems with your order. Items sent back to us before communication will not be accepted.

We want you to be happy with your purchase, so if you change your mind about something you ordered, you have 14 days from the time you received your order (as marked by delivery service) to send it back for a refund or exchange. As we are a small business, a fee of $7.95 will be charged/subtracted from refunds on all returns and exchanges to help cover shipping & handling.

All items must be unused, unwashed, unworn, in their original packaging, and show no signs of wear or use. Products returned that show signs of wear or that have been damaged will not be accepted. Please email us at wildoakco@gmail.com with a description of the item(s) you'd like to return and we will get back to you within 48 hours.

Our items that are handprinted to order, sale items, swimwear, footwear, Milton & Goose Hugomats, Conifer Toys, doll furniture, and items purchased with a discount of 15% or greater are considered FINAL SALE and are not eligible for returns or exchanges. No price adjustments on previous orders.

If you would like to cancel your order, we will only be able to do so if your items have yet to be printed or packaged.

Orders Returned to Sender
All orders returned to sender will be refunded upon our receipt. If order met free shipping requirements when sent, we will deduct a $7.95 processing fee to help cover shipping and restock fees. If you would like us to send your package again, we will invoice for exact shipping costs.

Domestic US orders $125+ ship free. Orders that do not meet the free shipping minimum will ship at a $7 flat rate.

We do ship internationally and rate are calculated by Shopify.

Wild Oak is not responsible for items that are lost, stolen, or damaged while in the hands of couriers. We cannot accept responsibility for packages that appear as delivered through tracking but are stolen from mailboxes or doorsteps. We offer Route as package protection. Route is automatically added to your order and if it is removed, we will not be able to refund or replace your order.

Please make sure to provide us with the correct address. We cannot replace merchandise that was shipped and delivered to the provided address.

Continental US: $15 flat rate shipping
Canada: $40 flat rate shipping

Processing time
All items that are ready to ship will be shipped within a week unless otherwise stated. During sales and promotions, please expect this to increase as far as up to two weeks. If you need your order shipped ASAP, please email us at wildoakco@gmail.com.

Printed Tee/Bodysuit Production
Each item is hand printed. Slight variations and imperfections may exist. The size and location of the design may vary slightly from garment to garment.

Color of garment may vary slightly from screen to screen.

Printed Tee/Bodysuit Care Instructions
Machine wash cold. Hanging to dry is recommended. Our shirts are printed on 100% organic cotton and may appear slightly faded after washing. This is not fading, but actually the cotton fibers standing up underneath the ink. Our shirts are heat-treated to prevent fading and bleeding.

Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We're not responsible for delays due to customs.
