Returns, exchanges, or cancellations
Our items are handprinted to order, so we do not typically accept returns or exchanges. If you would like to cancel your order, we will only be able to do so if your items have yet to be printed. Of course, please contact us if you have any problems with your order.

Please contact us for ALL returns and exchanges. The buyer is responsible for shipping costs and the buyer must contact us before sending back the product. The product must be returned unused. Products returned that show signs of wear or that have been damaged will not be accepted. 

Shipping
Wild Oak is not responsible for items that are lost, stolen, or damaged while in the hands of the postal system. We cannot accept responsibility for packages that appear as delivered through tracking but are stolen from mailboxes or doorsteps.

Please make sure to provide us with the correct address. We cannot replace merchandise that was shipped and delivered to the provided address.

Processing time
Since our items are printed to order, our current turn around time is 1 - 2 weeks. 

Production
Each item is hand printed. Slight variations and imperfections may exist. The size and location of the design may vary slightly from garment to garment.

Color of garment may vary slightly from screen to screen.

Care instructions
Machine wash cold. Handing to dry is recommended. Our shirts are printed on 100% organic cotton and may appear slightly faded after washing. This is not fading, but actually the cotton fibers standing up underneath the ink. Our shirts are heat-treated to prevent fading and bleeding.

Check out our size guide! We do not typically accept returns or exchanges, so please check sizes carefully before ordering.

Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We're not responsible for delays due to customs.
